Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues and complaints professionally, always aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and meet departmental goals.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about fitness products and trends.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be stated on your C.V.
- Passion for fitness and an understanding of sports equipment.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
