Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in every interaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and helping others.
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with remote work and digital communication tools.
- A desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment!
