• Accurately document all customer interactions for future reference and service improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to meet performance targets and improve customer experience.
• Engage in continuous training to stay informed about the company’s products and services.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
• Strong interest in customer service and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
