Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with questions about pharmaceutical products, usage, and safety information.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding company policies and product details.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support and service excellence.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory standards in pharmaceuticals.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in English is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Experience in customer service, especially within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, is a significant advantage.
