Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Offer detailed product information and respond to customer questions accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Record all customer interactions in the designated support system.
  • Work alongside team members to tackle complex customer problems.
  • Compile and communicate customer feedback to assist in service enhancement.
  • Keep updated on new products and features to effectively assist customers.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Experience in customer service or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
  • Proficiency with customer support tools and technology is advantageous.
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work setting.
  • A friendly, patient demeanor, with a strong desire to assist customers.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours as necessary.
