We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in business development and marketing to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders via messaging platforms and email.
  • Build and manage funnels using platforms like Clickfunnels to optimize client acquisition and onboarding.
  • Ensure all strategies align with the company's funding goals and objectives.
  • Set up and manage workflows and automations using tools like Zapier to enhance efficiency.
  • Integrate AI tools to improve processes, save time, and enhance productivity.
  • Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including setup, optimization, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Implement and manage systems and tools to streamline day-to-day operations and support business development initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align tools and processes with overarching business goals.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
  • A proactive and tech-savvy professional with a passion for growth and innovation.
  • Strong skills in using tools like Zapier, Clickfunnels, and AI integrations.
  • Proven experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns, including optimization and tracking.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while aligning with team objectives.
  • Work from home;
  • Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
  • Starting salary between 4$ - 6$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
